U.S. Olympic 5-Ring Challenge

This five (5) exercise self-evaluation allows you the opportunity to compare your overall athletic abilities against others across the country. Continue to challenge yourself to demonstrate improvement through practice and hard work. With practice, you can remain active and show improved results in each exercise, thus contributing to a healthier lifestyle.

The five (5) exercises have been developed to test core strengths. These core exercises will provide you with an indication of your skill level and which Olympic sport(s) may be best suited for you. Use your scores to detemine your best exercises. Ask your parents/guardians to help you improve your results, then challenge your teammates and friends. Practice, participate and track your results. Measure your improvements over a period of time and see how you rank nationally.

Measure your abilities by Stepping up to the U.S. Olympic 5-Ring Challenge by performing the five (5) sport evaluations that focus on Power (vertical jump), Agility (dot drill), Flexibility (sit & reach, Speed (30-meter sprint) and Strength (push-ups).
